SELL for MORE $ FASTER

I essentially met Adam through one of his savvy marketing channels. I reached out based on his communications prowess (advert writing skills) and the fact that he had a number of listings that checked many of the boxes my wife and I were searching for in a place. The property we were interested in got gobbled up pretty fast. But Adam kept me apprised of the details of the property, and my wife and I came to realize it wasn't for us anyway. Through this process and thereafter we established a genuinely affable professional relationship. And Adam set us up with an MLS portal to really begin the hunt for 'our spot'. During the hunt, I was presented with an opportunity to move my family into company accommodations -- something we couldn't turn down. So, all of a sudden, we needed to list our current place. Adam proved to be top-notch advisor and liaison throughout the entire process. I was able to save time (and money) leaning on his trusted network of tradespeople to ready our house for market. He also proved to be the consummate professional by going above and beyond the average advertising initiatives to generate demand for our property. Us being rookie home sellers, Adam answered all our questions (some of them pretty naïve in hindsight) with patience and genuine support. He earned our trust, and we watched him do his thing during negotiations. We had several offers rather quickly. And, needless to say, we were ecstatic with the deal he struck in the end. My wife and I are both grateful we came to know Adam Johnson. He was a pleasure to work with, and we wouldn't change a thing were we to do it all over again.
